“I have been having awesome s*x with a much younger guy but I know it is wrong as I am married and he is in a relationship.

I am 36 and my husband is 38. We have been married for eight years and have two children aged ten and seven. Things started going downhill in the love department at least five years ago.

We have been arguing so much lately. I know I am a needy person when it comes to love and attention but this is something that my husband can’t give or hasn’t been able to show properly.

Over the years I have always enjoyed other men showing me attention but I have taken things too far recently by sleeping with this guy who is 15 years younger than me.

It has happened twice in the last month.

He works in the takeaway next to our house. I get pizzas there for me and the kids when I am running late and he is always chatty and friendly. He suggested I go in for a coffee and chat one morning when it was quiet and a couple of weeks down the line he suggested he should call round my place.

The kids were at school and my husband works long hours so we had the house to ourselves. The s*x was mind-blowing and has left me wanting more. He used to message me lots at the start but things have slowed down since.

He is still willing to meet up soon, he says, and on the odd occasion he will reply to my messages, he ends it with a kiss. I’ve asked him why he is so quiet now and if it is because I am being annoying. He says it is just that he is so busy.

My worry is that I can’t stop thinking about him. I can’t stop wondering what he thinks of all this. It is taking over my mind. There is no emotional attachment so why do I think of him so much? How do I stop?”
