Trade Minister’s vehicle hit a mentally challenged man in Chiradzulu

A pick up belonging to Minister of Trade and Industry Honourable Joseph Mwanamvekha on Monday morning hit a mentally challenged man near Providence Industrial Mission (PIM) in Chiradzulu.

Dan Mughogho of as it is happening confirmed of the incident in a post posted on his facebook page on Monday.

According to Mughogho, the driver of the car driver drove away leaving the man on the spot.

“Sympathisers took the man to Chiradzulu hospital after the PIM police officers were called to the scene,” wrote Mughogho.

The victim who is yet to be identified is currently receiving treatment at Chiradzulu hospital
