Man Arrested for Mast**bating in Public, And His Reason Is Bizarre

A Man identified as Terry Lee Adrereassen has been arrested on the charges of public indecency as he was found mustabating publicly in Portland.

Andreassen was arrested earlier this month after being busted with his weapon erect and exposed to the public around New Avenues in Portland.

Reports say once the offender was spotted by the police, he immediately put back his weapon in its enclosure and began to run away.

The police went on his way and luckily he was caught but upon asking him why he did that in public he gave a stupid excuse saying he hates Portland to the extent that he just wanted to go to prison where he could not see anything about Portland.

Police suggested the suspect was on drugs by the time this was happening.

It was also gathered that Andreassen had also been at prison in 2001 on the same public indecency charge after he was found just laying on the exit of a bar.

Meanwhile, Andreassen is expected to appear in court to answer the charges of public indecency.
