Chief Executive Director for Technical Entrepreneural and Vocational and Education Training Authority (Teveta), Ndione Chauluka has been fired over a K2.9 billion abuse of public money allegations.
Chauluka has been fired together with of Training Modesto Gomani.
The two are being accused of abusing K2.9 billion after they allegedly opened Tsogolo Langa Project, a youth skills project in Neno without the approval of the board.
Board chairman Gilbert Chilinde confirmed of the development in an interview with the press, saying the decision was taken during a disciplinary hearing.
Chilinde said the board will make “official communication” on the matter shortly.
