The thief identified as Belington Pindani broke into the house of Gift Rabson with an intent to steal chicken.

According to information at hand, Rabson shouted for help after noticing the thief and the surrounding community reacted swiftly and managed to apprehend the thief.

The thief was later beaten to death by the two members of community policing.
