According to the statement released on Tuesday, July 25, The Malawi National Examination Board (MANEB) has confirmed to all teachers and police officers who took part in just ended MSCE exams that they will be given their money next month in August.
The press statement states that funds for the allowances of all the administrators in just ended exams have already been received.
“Considering bank processes, we expect that the money will be ready for encashment after three days starting from Wednesday, July 26, 2017.
“Further, payment schedules are ready and our officers will start delivering the same to the districts from Wednesday again,” reads the statement.
The board has revealed that it is preparing letters instructing banks to transfer the funds to respective offices of District Education Managers (DEM) and police officers in charge.
