Chief Lundu in action: Bushiri’s church leader in Chikwawa Charles Makhaza attacked

Enlighten Christian Gathering (ECG) church home cell leader Charles Makhaza of Chikwawa is in hiding after unknown thugs destroyed his house in the area.

The development comes barely days after Paramount Chief Lundu ordered Prophet Shepherd Bushiri who is the founder of ECG to close its branch in his area.

Chief Lundu accused the church of promoting Satanism in the area.

Makhaza confirmed of the attack in an interview with Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS), saying the issue has since been reported to police.

Chikhwawa police officer in charge Davie Chingwalu confirmed of receiving the complaint.

Chingwalu says the police are investigating the matter.
