Arthur Mdala’s murder case hearing fail to commerce due to strike by Judiciary support staff

A murder case hearing involving Arthur M’dala has failed to commence today in the capital Lilongwe following the strike by Judiciary support staff over housing allowances.

The Judiciary support staffs resumed work today across the country following the announcement made yesterday calling off the one month long strike.

But the situation is not the same in the capital Lilongwe, as Judiciary support staffs are still boycotting work.

The situation has forced the Judiciary to postpone hearing of murder case of Mdala.

M’dala was arrested on Tuesday in Thyolo on allegation that he murdered his ex-girlfriend Mirriam Siula.
