Mutharika appoints Board of Trustees for Central Medical Stores

President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has appointed board of trustees for the Central Medical Stores, faceofmalawi can reveal.

This has been disclosed in a press statement from the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) made available to FOM’s reporter signed Chief Secretary to the President Lloyd Muhara.

According to the statement, the board comprises of seven members namely; Mrs Hilda Singo, Mr. Andrew Chikopa, Mr. John Mponda and Miss Chifundo Kalaile.

Apart from the four, Mutharika has also included Secretary for Health and Population-ex-officio, Secretary to the Treasury-ex-officio and Executive Secretary of the National Local Government Finance Committee.

The appointment is with immediate effect.
