Paramount Chief Kawinga of Machinga attacked by unknown thugs

Information sourced by faceofmalawi indicates that Paramount Chief Kawinga is in hospital after being attacked by unknown thugs on Monday night at his official residency, Nanyumbu headquarters, Machinga.
The motive behind the attack is not known at the moment.
Inside sources have confided to FOM’s reporter linking the attack to chieftaincy wrangle.
