Recently, Fredokiss has been posting pictures on his Facebook page with captions including phrases like ” Ada Okopela Aja Asowa Bwanji”.

As far as Malawi hip hop is concerned, the two remain to be rivals from way back. A decade ago, Fredokiss as a teenager was involved in a thread of dissing Tay Grin with other artists such as JB.

The gap between the two artists has always been there for a long time.

Apparently, both of the artists careers are on peak and emulous.

Everyone of them has managed to stay relevant in the game throughout the years and gaining more success as well as in the business sector.

Both the artists having been signing multi-million deals as ambassadors of several organizations and brands. Both artists are almost living their desired luxurious lifestyles. And mostly, both are politically successful influential figures in the country.

These similarities, seemingly contributes to the fail of proximity between the two.

What seems to piss off Fredokiss to fire out these current threshold messages is that,he earlier organized free shows in all cities of Malawi and the shows became very successful as he was the first Malawian musician to pull such a phalanx of fans at his shows. He was also listed on a list as one of the crowd pullers in Africa. After that successful season, Tay Grin came out to walk in his shoes by imitating his move of organising free shows. As I stated, the two are both influential, Tay Grin’s shows also went down to be successful.

It seems both of these artists hold something for each other as we have never witnessed even the two share the same stage or maybe do a song together.
