A seven-year-old boy has narrated how his biological father used to sodomize him at night before he was taken to an Orphanage.
This is in a case in which Victor Mukuka, 38, of Zecco Township in Lusaka is charged with defilement of a minor and unlawful carnal knowledge against the order of nature.
On May 10, 2018, Mukuka had unlawful carnal knowledge against the order of nature.
The matter came up on Monday for trial before a local court.
In his testimony, the boy told the court that his father allegedly used to have sex with him.
It went on until he revealed his situation to a neighbour who organized a medical check-up that confirmed his abuse and reported the matter to the police.
The boy was later taken to an orphanage.
The matter has been adjourned to December 20, 2018 as Mukuka is remanded in custody.
