Oyamba JimuJimu independent Aspirant candidate for Green Corner Ward to promote fellow artists

Aspirant independent candidate for Green Corner ward (Baluti, Chilobwe, City Boundary and Green Corner) Oyamba Jimujimu has promised that once voted into power in the forthcoming tripartite elections he will promote his fellow artists and players.

Speaking in an interview Jimujimu who is also a musician and a player said people will vote for him because of his developmental vision of developing the community by empowering women, youth end early child marriages and end Gender Based Violence with the assistance from the community and police

“When ushered into power in 2019 elections I will develop the Green corner Ward by constructing bridges, road network infrastructure drill wells and boreholes, sponsoring tournaments and helping the elderly people to uplift their lives,” he said.

JimuJimu also said as a musician and artists who brought up in Chilobwe Township he will develop the community by providing portable water, sanitation, health facilities among others.

He said at green corner ward there is no transparency in distribution of government materials like coupons, Malata Subsidy, MASAF projects just to mention a few.

He wanted to stand as UTM candidate but voters from UDF, DDP, PP and some from UTM have asked him to stand as independent so that he can work with all people despite their political affiliations.
