TIPS: 7 WAYS YOU CAN SHOW LOVE TO YOUR PARTNER DAILY

One important feature that makes a relationship strong isn’t just the presence of love, but maintenance of that love in the relationship. Love can fade, it can wane, it needs to be fed daily, it ought to grow — if it isn’t well tended then love can die.

Once love dies a natural death, resurgence is difficult. The best relationships are the ones where each partner shows the other love on a daily basis. Love can be compared to our health; we eat every day to stay healthy, a lack of food could make starvation kill us. Also, it doesn’t just end by eating but by eating right; meaning quality love should be shown daily.

2. COMPLIMENT

Compliments are also a good way of showing someone how much you value and appreciate them; it ensures happiness, it shows you care and it also shows you are observant of your partner. It’s unfair not to tell our partners how good they look, how beautiful their smiles are, how much they are impacting our lives. Compliment that simple meal, smile and everything you love about your partner not just once in a while but daily.

3. AN ENCOURAGEMENT

We all get to that point in our lives where we would need someone to tap us at our backs and say ‘it will be okay’. Be that person to your partner, encourage your partner in just about everything that partner does; this truly shows how much you care.

4. APPRECIATION

Even those little things that you feel don’t really matter should be appreciated as well; everything your partner does for you absolutely matters and should be appreciated. The good thing about appreciation is that it opens doors for more. Appreciation shows you value your partner greatly and everything he/she does for you and that in itself is love.

5. BY SAYING IT

There is nothing wrong in telling your partner how much you care, how much that person means to you, how your world would be incomplete without that person. Telling your partner how much you truly care is just another way of showing that you love them.

6. SUPPORT

Adding impact to your partner’s life is also a way of showing love. Support your partner’s career, goals, dream and ambitions; support that person just as you support yourself. If you truly love your partner then this wouldn’t be difficult.

7. ATTENTION

A lack of attention is also another reason why many marriages and relationships crumble. Attention is something that should be given daily else the relationship would suffer. Be attentive to your partner’s plight, listen to what your person has to say, be a part of your partner’s world. When you show attention, you also show love — attention needs to be shown daily as well.

Show your partner love every day and you could possibly receive same everyday too. The love we give is sometimes the love we receive.
