By Orchestra Kamanga

The Aspirant Councilor for Naotcha Ward Moses Margareta has said that once ushered into power in this forth coming tripartite elections the community of Chilobwe will be changed automatically.

He said Naotcha Ward has been sidelined in terms of development because most leaders in the ward are not developed conscious and other thing is that they are not the citizen of the area.

“Places like Naotcha Ntonda, Chatha, and Makalani have been neglected as a result there are not tangible development like in other Ward,” he said, adding that there was development in 1994-1999 during the time of Beni Bonongwe (UDF) but not at the moment.

Margareta also said when voted into power his plans is to put tarmac at Chilobwe ring road from Top End-Chilobwe Centre and Chilobwe market so that the road should passable with vehicles and that they should have built Trading Centre at Top End so that people from Mkana should not find difficulties when they want to buy goods.

“ I will also bring portable water from Soche mountain through water Boards and if not workable he will drill boreholes so that the community should portable water and he will make sure that people who benefit from MASAF and Malata subsidy should real beneficiaries not rich people,” he said.

He promised high standards of education in the community and therefore he urged people to vote for him if they need development in the area.
