Angry mob torches bicycle of DPP committee member Madalitso Zebrone in Kasungu

Information reaching faceofmalawi indicates that angry mob at Santhe Trading Center in Kasungu has today torched a bicycle of Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) district committee member, Madalitso Zebrone.

The development comes barely hours after Malawi Congress Party (MCP) supporters chased Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) lawyers who were soliciting signatures from presiding officers in the ongoing Presidential Election case.

In a video clip which has gone viral on social media, the angry mob is heard chanting achoke…! Achoke Peter Mutharika while the DPP bicycle is being set on fire.
