Chilima’s cross examination to continue today

The panel of five judges hearing the elections case is scheduled to continue hearing the case today at 2pm.
This is after a weekend recess. It’s expected that AG Kaphale will continue cross-examining UTM leader Saulos Chilima.
On Thursday, Judges refused to grant AG Kaphale, representing MEC, a six-day adjournment to study files which the AG argued were served on him late.
He was instead given two & a half-days (Saturday, Sunday & half-day Monday) to read the files.
