Man Arrested for Bonking Neighbor’s Daughter after her Mother Left for Overnight Prayers

Police in neighboring Zambia have arrested a 50-year-old man for allegedly performing sexual acts with 7-year-old child of his neighbor.

The suspect identified as Mikaliyo Bwalya is alleged to have had canal knowledge of the girl when her mother left her under the care of the wife to the suspect as she went for a night over at a funeral.

Zambia police Spokesperson Esther Katongo has told Mwebantu that the mother to the victim on Wednesday went to spend a night at a funeral and left her daughter in the custody of her neighbour, because her husband had gone out on a drinking spree.

“Unfortunately, her neighbour also proceeded to spend a night at the same funeral and the child was left in the custody of the neighbour’s husband Makaliyo Bwalya,50,” Katongo narrated.

Katongo said as the suspect was in the act with the victim, the girl’s father returned and heard his daughter crying from his neighbour’s house.

Katongo said the suspect is in Police custody and will appear in court soon.
