MCP member Stella Chauwa’s burial today

The body of Stella Chauwa, Malawi Congress Party (MCP) member will be laid to rest today in Area 18 in the capital Lilongwe.

Chauwa, popularly known Lissa Ashley Mcnilly on social media was killed in road accident in Mzimba along with her two Children.

Lissa became popular on social media for her post praising the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) ahead of the May 21 polls which saw President Peter Mutharika being declared winner.

According to information at hand, the body of Chauwa arrived in the capital Lilongwe on Tuesday in redness for burial today.

“The body has arrived in Lilongwe and has been taken to Bwenzi Memorial Centre in area 4 . Burial will be on Wednesday at area 18,” confirmed family members.

Meanwhile MCP President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera has expressed shock over the death of Lissa and her two children.
