A 19 year old Nigerian Actress Regina Daniels has opened up why she did not marry a man of her age instead agreeing on marrying a 59 year old man Ned Nwoko.
Earlier this year, the young Nollywood actress received criticism from her fans on her decision to settle with the old man who is a well-known billionaire politician.
Some labeled Daniels as the gold digger who is after money of the old man.
But in a recent interview the young star has broken the silence by responding to the judgmental fans.
According to Daniels, she needed someone mature she can respect since she is stubborn.
She said: “I don’t think I would have married someone of my age because I’m quite stubborn. Very very stubborn.”
When asked if Nwoko being older is one of the reasons she respects him and isn’t headstrong, Regina said everything is just fine as expected.
Asked what she calls her husband Regina responded: “He’s my baby.”
