This has been revealed at a press briefing the grouping held today in Lilongwe.

According to Timothy Mtambo –chairperson of the grouping, the day will coincide with the commemorations marking the International Human Rights.

In addition, Mtambo says the grouping will embark on a campaign meant to solicit views from Malawians on matters affecting them.

He said the first meeting will be held at Nsundwe this coming Sunday.

He added that the views collected will be compiled in one document called Citizen’s manifesto.

In the recent months, the grouping has been spearheading demonstrations demanding the resignation of Malawi Electoral Commission Chairperson Jane Ansah.
