WhatsApp Group Admins Arrested for Leaking Exam Information at a Fee

Four WhatsApp group administrators in Zambia have been arrested and detained for circulating suspected 2019 examination information on WhatsApp Groups.

The Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ) Corporate Communications Office has revealed in a statement that the four suspects were circulating suspected 2019 exam information at a fee.

And those arrested include Allan Chola Musonda aged 19, Musonda who was managing two Whatsapp Groups called “You are Safe TC” and “Call Me Later I am Busy” where he has been sending examination related information to the public.

Also arrested is Sundwa Nyambe aged 25, who is an administrator of a  Whatsapp Group called “Distinction in Best 5pdf ” which was later changed to “Eagle Never Music”.

“Nyambe works for Guardal World International and also happens to be a Security Guard at Family Legacy School near Kanyama Clinic in Lusaka,” read the statement by ECZ.

Other are Jonathan Tembo aged 23 and Dokazia Luhanga aged 23 .
