Unknown people attacks vehicle carrying HRDC’s PA system in Blantyre

Information reaching Faceofmalawi indicates that unknown people have torched a vehicle carrying Public Address System used during the Human Right Defenders Coalition (HRDC) demonstrations in Namiwawa in Blantyre.

The attack happened after the demonstrations, according to an eyewitness who rushed to the scene.

The DJ and driver have been injured.

HRDC today organized national wide protest to force the anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to arrest suspect implicated in the attempt to bribe Judges handling the Presidential case.

Apart from this, HRDC wants MEC Chairperson Jane Ansah to resign and the police should arrest fellow officers who raped women in Msundwe.
