Cop Arrested For Defiling His 10-Year-Old Niece In Dowa District

A 10 year old girl who is in standard 5 (Name withheld) has been defiled for several times by her uncle who is a police officer number B1682 sgt Mapemphero Kungade who was born in 1982 on 14 February.

Medical report diagnosed found the young girl with a swelling raider and the hymen not intact. The suspect has since been arrested.

The suspect took the victim from the home village in Dedza to Dowa in December last year so that should be playing together with his younger daughter.

On 28:01:20 the victim was feeling painful in her private part and she decided to report to her neighbor who resides near police line and later the matter was reported to Dowa police station.
