Lectures at Lilongwe TTC On Strike

Lecturers at Lilongwe Teachers Training College have gone on strike demanding their December 2019 salaries.

Again, there is no easy access to the institution’s premises as students are also protesting pushing for their allowances.

Some students have said that they have not been attending classes since 6 January this year.

Education authorities are yet to comment on the latest protests after last week primary and secondary teachers also downed their tools over perks.
