Mpinganjira’s bail scandal update: Inter-parte hearing adjourned to Tuesday

Inter-parte hearing of an order that quashed warrant of arrest of Thom Mpinganjira has been adjourned to tomorrow 2 PM.

High Court Judge Justice Dorothy Nyakaunda Kamanga called for an interpate hearing on Thom Mpinganjira’s Zomba file at 2 today at the court.

She was expected to hear from ACB and Mpinganjira lawyers over the matter.

ACB Director Reyneck Matemba told the press that there was a ‘mixup’ on the planned hearing.

The hearing will now be held tomorrow from 2 pm, according to Matemba.

Mpinganjira was arrested last week for allegedly being part of the team which planned to bribe judges hearing the elections case.
