COURT DETERMINES FRESH ELECTIONS WITHIN 150 DAYS

Court determines that fresh elections be held within 150 days (5 month).
It has also determined that fresh elections consider 50+1 voting system.On costs, court has determined that 2nd respondent (MEC) should pay costs to petitioners but first respondent will bear his own costs.
