The leadership of the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is informing its members and the general public that using powers conferred on him by the Constitution of the DPP as its President, His Excellency the President, Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has appointed new Regional Governors for the North and Central Regions.
According to a statement from the party’s secretariat, in the North Hon. Christopher Mzomera Ngwira is the new Regional Governor and in the Central Region the new Regional Governor is Hon. David Kambalame.
According to the DPP, these two appointments are with effect from today Wednesday 18th March, 2020.
