Wounded soldier Mwenefumbo follows Chihana in UTM

Barely a week after wishing well Atupele Muluzi for forming an alliance with the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), Frank Mwenefumbo has followed Alliance for Democracy (AFORD) President Enock Chihana in supporting United Transformation Movement (UTM) President Dr. Saulos Chilima.

Mwenefumbo who was a runningmate to Atupele Muluzi in the runs up to the May 21, 2019, attended UTM rally addressed by Chilima on Sunday in Mzuzu upper Stadium.

Speaking to the cloud, Mwenefumbo promised to support Chilima ahead of the fresh polls as ordered by the Constitutional Court on February 3, 2020.

“You have seen Chilima’s energy, intelligence and love for the country. Let’s vote for him because he will transform the country,” said Mwenefumbo.

He then urged all Malawians across the country to support Chilima ahead of the fresh polls.
