Ntchisi District Commissioner Peter Jimusole on force leave

The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has sent Ntchisi District Commissioner Peter Jimusole on forced leave.

The Ministry’s Public Relations Officer Muhlabase Mughogho confirmed of the development in an interview with Times.

According to Mughogho, the decision has been made to pave way for investigations into concerns raised by members of the community against Jimusole’s conduct.

On Wednesday morning, community members in Ntchisi demonstrated against the DC which forced the Ministry to send him on a 14 day leave.
