Minibus strike a business woman at Mudi bridge in Blantyre

On a side note, minibus has hit a business woman at Mudi bridge in Blantyre  on Monday during the morning hours.

According to the one of the eye witnesses Leornad Tenson from Chirimba, the minibus which was coming from Blantyre town via Victoria avenue, hit  the woman (unidentified) on her back while carrying a basket full of Vegetables that she was taking to the market.

Mr Tenson continued saying that the people surrounding the area, rushed to the minibus driver and started beating him while others rushed with the woman to Queens Elizabeth Hospital.

He added that the woman suffered bruises on her face and also a back injury.

Meanwhile, the police and health personnel are yet to comment on the matter
