Mother Refuses to Bless Son’s Relationship, Claims Girlfriend Had Two Abortions

A Zimbabwean woman who was apparently afraid of losing her son to his “depraved” girlfriend revealed her deep dark secret saying she was not “wife material” because she had two abortions.

Sikhathele Moyo from Emganwini suburb revealed the problem that was literally breaking her heart at the Bulawayo Civil Court where she was seeking a peace order against her 23-year-old son’s ex-girlfriend Hazel Ndlovu.

A seemingly fed up Moyo said she didn’t like the attitude of her son’s ex-lover who whenever she came to her house, barely acknowledged her presence.

“This girl (Hazel Ndlovu) was in love with my son. She had two abortions and when I confronted her about the issue, she became violent.

“Since I didn’t like the way she responded to me regarding the matter, I ordered her not to come to my house but she keeps coming even when I am around.

“They can continue with their love but I don’t want to see her at my house.

“The last time she came to my house she took a knife and tried to stab my son and, in the process, she was also threatening to destroy property.

“My son ran away and sought refuge at one of our neighbours’ house. She is a danger to me and my family and that is why I am insisting that she should not come to my house,” said Moyo.

Moyo maintained that she felt disrespected by her son’s ex-lover. In response, Ndlovu, although admitting that she had a confrontation with Moyo’ son, however, denied the accusations that she was constantly insulting her.

“I have never insulted her or threatened to destroy her property. I used to go to her house at the invitation of her son who was my boyfriend.

“It is true that we once had a dispute but we managed to resolve it. It wasn’t physical as she has alleged and we later separated after that incident,” responded Ndlovu.

In her ruling the presiding magistrate Adelaide Mbeure ordered Ndlovu to keep peace with Moyo by not insulting her or going to her house with the intention of destroying her property.
