Bishop Dies In Accident After Mysterious Snake Emerges From Driver’s Seat

A bishop in Zimbabwe died after a mysterious snake appeared from underneath the driver’s seat, causing him to lose control of the vehicle, which then crashed into a tree.

Bishop Ezekiel Mapuranga, is said to have died on the spot of the freak accident.

Mapuranga was the passenger of a funeral service vehicle from South Africa and he was seated in the vehicle, when it veered off the road along the Rutenga-Chikombedzi Road.

The driver of the vehicle, who is a South African national is said to have been rushed to his country for treatment.

The vehicle is said to have been coming from Gutu and was on it’s way to South Africa, but made a diversion to Chikombedzi, as they wanted to offer assistance to another vehicle which had broken down.

According to Bishop Mapuranga’s relatives, the circumstances leading to the accident were nothing but shocking.

He said speaking to TellZim news “I heard that due to concerns over Covid-19, the driver of the vehicle was immediately rushed to his home country where he is being treated.

The driver said he saw a snake coming from underneath his seat, on his feet, then he panicked and lost control of the vehicle leading to the accident.

However, it wasn’t established by the the officials who attended the accident scene if the snake was found in the car.
