Atupele Shamed in his Home District as People Refuse to Give him Round of Applause (Video)

A short video clip showing the running mate for DPP-UDF alliance Atupele Muluzi being imposed to embarrassment by people in his home district, Mangochi is circulating online as days to the fresh presidential election gets closer.

The video clip was taken in Mangochi at St Augustine 3 ground where Muluzi held a political rally over the weekend to woo voters to vote for President Peter Mutharika in the forthcoming june 23 elections.

While addressing the people, at some point the young Muluzi mentioned the issue of providing farmers with cheap fertilizers but however things turned sour as the politician did not receive the morale he was expecting after the people ignored to cheer and even give him round of applause.

It took the Master of Ceremony’s (MC) effort to lure a number of people into cheerful mood and give the politician a few hand claps.
