The Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) is this week processing transfers in eight districts for people who wish to vote at a different centre from that of 2019.
These districts are Chitipa, Karonga, Salima, Dedza, Ntcheu, Blantyre, Chikwawa and Nsanje.
According to MEC, Blantyre city will open for three days from today to Wednesday.
Only people who voted in the 2019 tripartite election will be allowed to vote in the forthcoming fresh presidential election.
Malawians will cast their votes again for president after High Court in Lilongwe nullified 2019 presidential election saying it faced a number of irregularities.
