Man called out for blaming the death of Nigerian Air force’s first female combatant helicopter pilot on gender equality

A man has blamed the death of Tolulope Arotile on gender equality and stated that she should have been at home with her husband.

The Twitter user said this while reacting to news of the sad death of Arotile, the first female combatant helicopter pilot in the history of the Nigerian Air Force.

Arotile’s death comes just eight months after she was given a special recognition (read here).

Reacting to her death, @Olisathegreat wrote: “Instead of being at home with a husband she’s flying helicopter, this is what you get by the so called gender equality bs.”
