Chakwera Promises to Create Innovation Centre For The Youth

State president Lazarus Chakwera has promised to create an Innovation center for the youth that will support the youth.

Chakwera made the promise today when he engaged the youth at Kamuzu Palace as the world is commemorating a day for the youth.

President’s remarks was a response from one of the youths in attendance Yolanda Buliani.

Buliani asked the government to support the youths with technical vocational skills, especially regarding the matters to do with technology.

Minister of youth and sports Ulemu Msungama also affirmed that the Tonse Alliance led government will ensure that  the one million jobs agenda that they promised is achieved.

He says some of the jobs will be posted on the ministry’s Facebook page, with the aim of reaching out to many youths.
