Chakwera appoints Lucius Banda as Special Advisor on Youth and Arts

President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera has appointed United Transformation Movement (UTM) Campaign Director Lucius Banda as Special Advisor of the President on Youth and Arts.

State House Press Officer Brian Banda confirmed of the development in a statement made available to Faceofmalawi.

According to Banda, the appointment of Veteran musician cum-politician is with immediate effect.

Banda’s statement further says that Chakwera has appointed Mr. Adamson Mkandawire as Presidential Advisor on Rural Transformation and Development.
