PAC Worried Over People’s Satisfaction on Covid-19 as Case continue to drop

Public Affairs Committee (PAC) has asked people to continue following and observing Covid-19 preventive measures despite the decline of cases in the country.

The remarks were made in Mangochi by PAC members during the donation of face masks to students and teachers in various primary schools in the district.

According to PAC representatives, it seems Malawians have gone for complacency which is a sad development.

Among others who were present were Catholic Church Bishop for Mangochi Diocese, Montfort Sitima, Episcopal Conference of Malawi Secretary, Fr. Henry Saindi and Sultan Chowe, Muslim Association of Malawi Trustee

Since September, there has been a progress in fighting against the deadly virus as the country has been registering lower cases and death rate has drastically fall while seeing the highest recovery rate.
