President Lazarus Chakwera is expected to pay state visit to two neighboring countries Mozambique and Tanzania.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, seen by Face of Malawi reporter Chakwera will leave the country for Mozambique on Tuesday October 6, 2020 where he will pay a day visit.
The statement further added that the president will proceed to Tanzania on October 7-8 where he is expected to pay a two day visit.
However, the statement could not give more details of the visits saying more information will be given later.
Since Chakwera took the presidency on June 23, 2020 this he has made two state visits to Zambia and Zimbabwe.
