Selfishness neighbor covers mango tree with net to bar others from plucking

Social media was abuzz with shock, laughter and disappointment when a photo of a covered-up Mango tree made rounds.

A lady on Twitter named Janet Machuka shared a picture of the tree carefully covered in a mesh-like material and captioned it, “Such neighbours exist.”

A local resident who could not see themselves sharing their fruits chose to guard their tree to avoid dropping their Mangos into their neighbor’s yard nor being plucked by the neighbors.

The person spared most of the leaves but ensured that nearly all their fruit was inside the mesh even though the tree’s branches went over the fence.

Social media users dubbed the action as selfish and hilariously stated they would cut down the tree if such ever happened in their homes.
