President Lazarus Chakwera Pardones 787 Prisoners

President Lazarus Chakwera has pardoned 787 prisoners accross the country.
Homeland Security minister Richard Chimwendo-Banda says the decision was arrived at as part of the Christmas and New Year celebrations for this year.
Those pardoned include well behaved prisoners who were in for pardonable offences.
