At least 52 Malawians arrive from South Africa through Dedza

At least 52 Malawians have arrived yesterday from South Africa through Dedza border post.

They have been taken to Dedza Stadium where health officials are conducting Covid-19 tests.

Dedza District Commissioner, Emmanuel Bulukutu, has told Newsmen that those who shall test negative will proceed to their destinations on the same bus they are travelled in but those Covid-19 positive shall be escorted to their home district hospitals by the army.

There is, meanwhile, heavy security presence at the stadium to ensure all goes according to plan.
