Deputy Minister of Agriculture Agnes Nkusa Nkhoma recovers from COVID-19

Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development Agnes Nkusa Nkhoma has recovered from COVID-19, faceofmalawi can reveal.

Nkhoma is said to have tested positive a week ago together with some Cabinet Ministers under the Tonse Alliance Government led by Dr. Lazarus Chakwera.

After testing positive to the pandemic, Nkhoma went straight to self isolation.

According to media reports, Nkhoma went for the second tests this week and the results came out negative.

“We praise you Lord, deputy Minister of Agriculture Hon Agness Nkusankhoma who tested positive to Covid 19 has recovered. She has tested negative,” wrote Winnie Nyondo.

This is the third top official under Tonse Alliance to recover from COVID-19.
