Chisale’s fake certificate case to resume today

The Lilongwe Magistrate Court is today scheduled to resume hearing a fake certificate case involving bodyguard of former President Peter Mutharika, Norman Chisale.

Chisale is accused of of producing a Junior Certificate to a public official which is allegedly not his.

The State will parade two final witnesses before the court decides on whether he has a case to answer or not.

Aside this case, Chisale is also answering a number of cases in court including the attempted murder of a woman in Blantyre.

Chisale is also accused of having hand in the gruesome murder of Issah Njauju of the Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB).
