Court Sets May 21 To Decide Whether Police Officer Andrew Chagaga Has A Case To Answer For Defiling Poly Student

The Limbe First Grade Magistrate Court has set May 21, 2021 as the day it will decide whether police officer Andrew Chagaga has a case to answer for allegedly defiling a 17 year old Polytechnic student while in Custody.

According to Eunice Ndingo lawyer for the victim, Magistrate Tsoka Banda who is presiding over the case is expected to deliver his ruling at 10 o’clock morning on the stated date.

The state managed to bring 8 wittiness during previous hearings.

Magistrate Tsoka Banda told the lawyers representing both parties to submit their applications by 11 March 2021 before delivering the judgment.
