Magistrate Forced To Adjourn Court Hearing After Sex Famished Woman Wails Uncontrollably

A magistrate’s court at Mwenezi was forced to adjourn on Thursday after a sex-starved woman wailed uncontrollably during a court session.

Siphelile Maroyi who had approached the court seeking a protection order created a spectacle when she wailed in the middle of the hearing with claims that her husband, Rindai Tsvairai last made love to her three years ago.

Reports indicate that due to Maroyi’s wailing, Mwenezi Resident Magistrate Honesty Musiiwa was forced to stop the proceedings. He only resumed the hearing when Maroyi had cooled off.

Maroyi told the court that her husband’s love went cold three years ago and since then she never bedded him.

She revealed that her husband has since married another wife and stopped caring for his children.

She further told the court that her husband recently came in the company of his niece to collect a refrigerator, sofas, and other goods from the company house which they used to stay at Neshuro, and when she asked them to stop, the relative threatened to beat her.

Maroyi accused her husband of squandering the wealth that the two had accumulated together. She said that they had 115 herds of cattle but Tsvairai sold most of them without her knowledge.

Responding to the allegations, Tsvairai flatly refused and said they only had 15 cattle in their kraal. He also revealed that his wife refused to go and stay at their rural home after they left the company house.

Magistrate Honesty Musiiwa granted Maroyi the protection order.
