SA’s Songbird Zahara risks a sentence of 4 years in Prison

Award winning songbird Zahara is going up against the possibility of going to prison for seemingly forever or paying a solid fine if the state considers her to be at risk on seven checks of duty evasion.

This is as shown by a charge sheet, which was seen by Sunday World, masterminded by the National Prosecuting Authority’a (NPA) South Gauteng Tax Unit against the craftsman last week.

Zahara, certified name Bulelwa Mkutukana, appeared in the Palm Ridge Commercial Court on Tuesday last week for contempt of court resulting to fail to appear in court on April 19 for charge aversion. She was advised to appear again on June 25 to uncover the substance of the plan to her genuine specialist.
