Defining photos the world will never forget as US marks 20th Anniversary of the infamous Osama Bin Laden led al-Qaeda attack

Today September 11, 2021,  marks 20 years since Osama Bin Laden led al-Qaeda terrorists in hijacking three commercial planes and attacking the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, killing 2,996 people (2,977 victims + 19 al-Qaeda terrorists) in New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Terrorists were trained in Afghanistan during the Taliban’s rule, and 20 years later, despite a 20-year war, billions of dollars spent, and thousands of US soldiers killed, the country is now back under Taliban control, with even more weapons and armor.

As America and its allies remember this day, here are some photos from the traffic accident that remind us of the constant threat that terrorists pose to civilized nations.
