Nigerian police officer under fire after losing gun during s3x with ex-girlfriend

A police officer in Nigeria is in hot water after allegedly losing his firearm while he was having sex with an ex-girlfriend on Friday, 10 September.

According to Premium Times Nigeria, the officer allegedly invited an ex to his office where they spent a night together.

It is reported that trouble started when the police officer realized his service gun was missing after the woman had left.

Local media outlets in Nigeria report that the woman was arrested on Saturday but denied stealing the gun.

On Sunday, 12 September, the state police Command spokesman Adekunle Ajisebutu said a redeployment had been ordered against the cop to pave way for a fair investigation into the allegations.

“Members of the public are hereby assured that appropriate actions will be taken against anyone found culpable at the conclusion of the on going investigation such that at the end, justice would have been served, “ said Ajisebutu.
